Responsibilities:Heavy calendar management for extremely busy ExecutiveManagement (edit & creation) of documents and presentationsCoordinate arrangements for conference calls, meetings, and high volume travel planningExpense report preparationWork with highly confidential documents and reportsStandard administrative duties such as faxing, copying, filing, printing meeting/greetingSkills/Requirements:Minimum 5 years as an Administrative AssistantProficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes or OutlooksEnergetic, extremely flexible and a superior work ethic. Excellent communicator with superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Must have excellent discretion and judgment and a willingness to take on new tasks
