Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients, answer telephones, schedule & confirm appointments, assist in patient flow coordination, manage filing of patient charts and all other documentation including copying, mailing and report generation, general office duties including collection of co-pays, insurance verifications, management of referrals, computer inputting of records, reconciliations and deposit generation, some billing responsibilities with sales & distribution of supplements. This position is a support position for Office Manager/Executive Assistant and Medical Assistant and may include other related duties as needed. Organize, keep clean, and set up of reception area and office areas will be included. Candidate must be friendly with good humor, personable, motivated and energetic, well organized & detail oriented, patient with strong listening skills, teachable, excellent memory skills and a team player. Patients require extra personal attention from all staff members.
Skills Required: Excellent English speaking and communication skills, pleasant phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills, proficient computer skills including Windows based applications, MS Office – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks Pro a must, Internet search ability.
